• งานบริการธุรกิจหลากหลายด้าน เช่น การจดทะเบียนบริษัท
• วีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน บริการสำนักงาน ใบอนุญาตต่างๆ
• งานนำเข้า-ส่งออก BOI และบริการด้านองค์กรอื่นๆ.

• ประสานงานกับผู้คน และสามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อม

• ใบอนุญาตต่างๆ HR support และบริการอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารและข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนทีมขายและขั้นตอน
• onboarding ลูกค้า
• ประสานงานและติดตามกระบวนการทำงานภายใน เช่น อีเมล
• การติดตามเอกสาร และอัปเดตข้อมูลในระบบ
• ติดต่อและประสานงานกับลูกค้า โดยเฉพาะลูกค้าต่างชาติ
• เกี่ยวกับเอกสาร ความคืบหน้า และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• เดินทางไปหน่วยงานราชการและองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• เพื่อยื่นเอกสาร ติดตามงาน หรือขอข้อมูล
• อัปเดตความคืบหน้างานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้ทีมและฝ่ายขาย
• ทำงานสอดคล้องกัน
• ประสานงานกับทีมภายใน พาร์ทเนอร์ภายนอก และเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ
• เพื่อให้งานดำเนินได้อย่างราบรื่น
• ดูแลงานธุรการและงาน operation อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• เคยทำงานด้าน Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant
• หรือสายงานใกล้เคียง
• อายุ 25-55 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน PA, EA, Admin, Coordinator,
• Customer Service หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
• แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และใส่ใจรายละเอียด
• สามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันและทำงานได้ด้วยตัวเอง
• หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ทัศนคติที่ดีและความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ สำคัญกว่าประสบการณ์ตรง

• หากมีประสบการณ์หรือพื้นฐานด้านใดด้านหนึ่งต่อไปนี้
• จดทะเบียนบริษัท
• วีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน
• BOI / ส่งเสริมการลงทุน
• Corporate Secretary
• Licensing & Compliance
• Import-Export / FDA
• สามารถสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานราชการได้อย่างมืออาชีพ
• มีทักษะการจัดการงานและการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
• สามารถจัดการเอกสารและงานด้าน compliance ได้
• หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาความรู้ด้านบริการธุรกิจหลายด้าน
• มีทัศนคติที่ดี พร้อมเรียนรู้ พัฒนาตัวเองและพร้อมเติบโตไปกับทีม
