- Lead VM for campaigns and marketing projects (e.g. Star Wars, Made in Japan, Pride Month) covering design creation, POP/display ordering and guideline announcement.
- Manage project timelines proactively and deliver complete work on schedule without requiring deadlines to be imposed.
- Conduct regular branch visits and coordinate with stores to ensure VM standards are consistently maintained nationwide.
- Create and announce VM guidelines and track rollout/compliance through the internal communication system (OD-Connect).
- Run pre-launch quality control on every display product visibility, prop density and brand-asset placement to prevent clutter and avoidable execution errors.
- Coach and mentor store teams to understand and consistently apply the company's "Standardized Look", empowering branches to uphold VM standards independently between visits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to procure display-related equipment and materials, ensuring the highest material quality.
- Manage VM within an agreed budget envelope, balancing creativity against cost and finding effective, value-for-money solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within the retail industry. Experience in fashion, eyewear, cosmetics, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles, retail space planning, and customer journey design to enhance sales and brand image.
- Ability to interpret and adapt global/regional VM guidelines to suit local market needs and store conditions.
- Strong display design skills with the ability to create attractive merchandising displays, POP materials, and product presentations.
- Experience managing VM projects including new store openings, store re-merchandising, promotional campaigns, and special events.
- Strong project management, planning, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
