• บริหารและจัดทำข้อมูลของสัญญาต้นฉบับ เพื่อส่งเอกสารจัดเก็บเข้าคลังเพื่อรักษาข้อมูลตามหลัก PDPA.
• บริหารและทำข้อมูลการจัดส่งคู่ฉบับสัญญาฯ และส่งคู่ฉบับให้ผู้เช่าจัดเก็บเป็นหลักฐานการเช้าพื้นที่.
