• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, including creating and presenting reports.
• Ability to read and construct XML documents.
• Effective communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is welcomed but not required.
• Knowledge of Amadeus solutions and incident/problem management processes is beneficial.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

• Act as key account support for assigned travel retail clients, managing day-to-day communication, order alignment, and commercial coordination.
• Support basic buying functions, including SKU coordination, stock replenishment follow-up, and alignment with client demand planning where required.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, including order placement, tracking, shipment follow-up, and delivery coordination to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate reports (e.g., order reports, tourist traffic reports, and sales and A&P tracking summaries)..

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Account Management, Buying, or Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG, spirits, or travel retail environment.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and prepare reports.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in travel retail or duty-free business is an advantage.
