• Data for EIA reports are submitted and presentations are made when required.
• Business Planning, Economics, and Prod/ Capex/ Opex Forecasts.
• Provide support to PE/RE to evaluate projects using economic models and software (PEEP, Excel).
• Provide geological support during annual business plan and Latest Estimate requirements.
• Responsible for G&G acquisition program planning and support as the input for Business plan.
• Identify New Opportunities and Technologies.
• Stay current with new techniques for well log acquisition, formation evaluation, prospect evaluation and other discipline activities.
• Proactively find ways to add reserves/resources and support PE/RE to convert non-producing &undeveloped reserves to production.
• A degree in Geology or Geophysics and knowledge of interdisciplinary geosciences. An advanced degree is preferable.
• A thorough knowledge of geological and physical principles and seismic interpretation.
• A mathematical background is important.
• 8-12 years of experience in hydrocarbon exploration, appraisal, and field development within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Demonstrated experience in development geology, reservoir characterization, seismic interpretation, prospect generation, reserve assessment, and well planning.
• Experience supporting drilling operations and multidisciplinary asset teams.
• Observation, pattern recognition, analytic, visualization, and data interpretation skills.
• IT skills and project management skill are also beneficial.
• An ability to work well in a team, combined with flexibility and adaptability are essential.
• Good communication skills and an ability to express ideas clearly both orally and in writing are also important.
• Proficient in Speaking and Writing for both Thai and English.
