• มีความรู้ ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการการทำงานอีเวนต์ต่างๆ ทั้งรูปแบบออฟไลน์และออนไลน์.
• มีข้อมูล รายชื่อ และราคาของซัพพลายเออร์ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานอีเวนต์และงานแสดง.
• มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ความสามารถในการจัดการเอกสารต่างๆ ได้ดี ทำงานเป็นระบบ.
• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี.
• มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจงานสายโปรดักชันเบื้องต้น (สำหรับการผลิตไฟล์งานต่างๆ ในอีเวนต์ เช่น การตัดต่อ หรือโมชันกราฟิก) หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านโปรดักชันหรือการควบคุมสเตจจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.

• ถ่ายทำวิดีโอหลากหลายรูปแบบ เช่น รายการสัมภาษณ์ รายการพอดแคสต์ รายการไลฟ์สไตล์ รายการข่าว และสารคดี
• สร้างสรรค์และพัฒนาไอเดียในการถ่ายทำวิดีโอรูปแบบต่างๆ ร่วมกับฝ่ายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตวิดีโอ
• ดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ถ่ายทำให้อยู่ในสภาพดีอยู่เสมอ
• ดูแลการอัปโหลดและส่งมอบฟุตเทจที่ถ่ายทำให้ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องทำงานต่อได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• ปริญญาตรีสาขานิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถใช้งานอุปกรณ์กล้อง เลนส์ ไฟ และอุปกรณ์เสริมต่างๆ ได้ดี พร้อมเปิดรับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ในการสร้างสรรค์งานวิดีโอ
