Job Description

• Experience in Technical Operation support service and Network infrastructure
• Support Network change configuration/troubleshooting under Services
• Create WP/actionable deliverables for the core change management plans and complete change management assessments 
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Support communication efforts and Assess the change impact
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, track and report issues to upper level
•  Configuraiton maintain various network and security deivce(e.g Cisco switch and Cisco/Aruba Wireless Controller, Palo-alto FW,Panorama, VPN, Prisma, SDWAN Velocloud,FortiProxy, Fortigate firewall, Aruba Clearpass, Aruba Central One)
•   Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardwarea and software problems.

Experience

• Experience at least 2 years in managing network support operation team 
• Experience as a Technical networking engineer or Solid background in network Infrastructure
• In-depth understanding of Routing and Switching and communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP), routing protocols
• Hands-on Technical experience(Troubleshooting/Change configuration) with Cisco L3 switch and Cisco Wireless Controller, Next-Generation Firewall Palo-Alto, Fortinet ,Aruba 7010 Wireless Controllers/ClearPass, Aruba Central One
• Technical experience with Load Balance/Fortigate, Proxy and Velocloud/Viptela SD WAN will be advantage
• Experience in supporting AWS cloud operations would be an added advantage.

• Understanding of infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, virtualization).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG).
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and incident response best practices.
