- The Role.
- The Senior Engagement Manager owns strategic client accounts end-to-end, including delivery governance, commercial performance, executive stakeholder management, account growth, and business outcomes.
- This role is accountable for the successful execution and expansion of enterprise AI transformation programmes across one or more strategic accounts. The role works closely with client executives, Architects, Strategists, Engineers, Delivery teams, and AWS stakeholders to ensure engagements are commercially successful and operationally effective.
- The Senior Engagement Manager is expected to operate as a trusted advisor to client leadership while maintaining strong delivery governance, commercial discipline, and account growth focus.
