Employee Experience Executive
atI.P. One Co., Ltd.ROLE PURPOSE
The Employee Experience Executive is a key member of the HR Center of Excellence (COE), sitting within the Culture Pillar. This role exists to build and sustain a meaningful, engaging, and healthy workplace culture — one where every employee feels valued, connected, and motivated to contribute to the organization's growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Holistic Engagement
- Design, execute, and manage employee engagement survey end-to-end (both full & pulse surveys) — from question framework to result analysis.
- Build and maintain an engagement analytics dashboard to track trends, identify risks, and support data-driven decisions.
- Translate survey results into actionable culture improvement plans and track implementation progress.
- Analyze results both quantitative and qualitative to propose Corporate Action Plan to management.
- Partner with HRBPs to support function-level action planning based on engagement findings.
2.Well-being Programs
- Design and execute holistic well-being programs covering three dimensions: Physical, Mental, and Financial well-being.
- Develop program proposals including objectives, target audience, format, timeline, and budget estimation.
- Monitor program effectiveness and report outcomes to CPO and Team with data and insights.
3.Culture Shaping & Values Reinforcement
- Design and implement campaigns to reinforce the company core values consistently across all locations (HO, Manufacturing, VN, MM).
- Collaborate with team to integrate culture initiatives into people development programs.
4.Internal Communication
- Plan and produce internal communication content — newsletters, announcements, campaign materials — that is clear, consistent, and aligned with company direction.
- Maintain a communication calendar and ensure timely delivery of key messages across all employee touchpoints.
5.External Communication & Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- Support the development and execution of the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding strategy.
- Manage external communication content across platforms to attract and retain talent aligned with company culture.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, or related fields.
- Experience designing and executing engagement surveys and analyzing results.
- Data acumen — able to analyze survey data and translate into insights and action plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong competency in Excel and Power BI for data analyzing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital tools (Canva, etc.).
