Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a strong background in Banking, Life/Non-Life Insurance, or Financial Services (BFSI) to lead corporate brand strategy, marketing communications, customer experience (CX), and reputation management across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will serve as the strategic driver behind our group brand architecture, product value propositions, and customer loyalty ecosystem within a highly dynamic, regulated market environment.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Brand & Market Positioning: Define and govern the overarching group brand strategy and architecture across parent and subsidiary financial entities. Act as a trusted advisor to the Chairman/CEO and serve as the principal corporate spokesperson.

• Value Proposition & Customer Insights: Translate complex financial/insurance offerings into compelling, differentiated customer value propositions. Leverage deep customer segment insights to drive adoption and market penetration.
• Customer Experience (CX) & CRM Ecosystem: Map seamless end-to-end customer journeys across digital and agency/bancassurance/branch channels. Drive CRM strategy, customer segmentation, retention initiatives, and high-impact loyalty programs to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
• Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC): Spearhead data-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital acquisition strategies while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards.
• Reputation, Media Relations & Crisis Management: Proactively safeguard group reputation, manage senior executive profiling, lead PR/media relations, direct ESG/CSR agendas, and navigate crisis communications with agility and discretion.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Finance, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Corporate Branding, Integrated Communications, and CX/CRM, with proven success at Director, VP, or C-Level.
• Direct industry experience in Banking, Insurance (Life or General), Wealth Management, or FinTech/Financial Services is required.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., OIC / Bank of Thailand guidelines regarding advertising and customer communication).
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-brand architecture, bancassurance/partnership models, or group holding structures.
• Proven track record in high-stakes media relations, executive presence, and crisis communications.
• Fluent in both Thai and English with exceptional board-level presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
