• We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team in the role of Plant Manager Pharma-Agro Innovation Center (PIC) in Nan Province.
• The Plant Manager, Pharma-Agro Innovation Center (PIC) is to lead integrated PIC operations across Phytomass Processing Center (PPC) - Pharma-Agro Extraction Services (PES) - Pharma-Agro Analysis Laboratory (PAL) to deliver compliant production, laboratory service, facility readiness, and partner-facing site operations.
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly operational plans aligned with the strategic goals of K Agro-Innovate Institute (KAI).
• Lead and integrate manufacturing, quality, laboratory, engineering, facilities, and site support operations to ensure efficient, seamless, and compliant performance.
• Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning, production priorities, equipment readiness, and operational budgets to optimize plant performance.
