- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or customer engagement platforms.
- Proficient in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager; familiarity with other ad platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills focused on interpreting data to optimize ad campaigns.
- Basic experience with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and their impact on digital advertising.
- English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 600+.
- Ability to manage and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously with guidance.
