- 4-8 years of professional experience in fields like Analytics, Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Data Science or similar; experience in online or e-commerce business preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in payments or Fintech, ideally on the merchant-side in a role that requires you to analyze payment performance as your day-to-day job.
- Bachelor's degree in any field as minimum requirement; MBA or master's degree in business / finance / management preferred since strong business acumen is required in this role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills (e.g., running queries with SQL, building dashboards) with keen attention to detail.
