• We are looking for a Korean Linguist and Localization Expert to join our team and help improve localization of multiple Agoda products. Join our international team in a beautiful central Bangkok location and work in a fun and fast-paced environment!.
• Monitor the quality of translated content across all customer-facing channels such as site updates, hotel content, press releases, travel articles, promotional emails and newsletters.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Maintain localization assets such as style guides, glossaries, and translation memories.
• Support urgent translation requests as needed.
• Conduct product reviews for inconsistencies and localization issues.
• Lead arbitration reviews when required and escalate recurring issues to managers to maintain an LQA score above 90%.
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage translation vendors and freelancers, including the invoicing process.
• Improve AI prompt engineering to generate better translation output for the Korean markets.
• Support research and content experimentation to improve content performance and user engagement.

• As our next Senior Product Manager, Localization (Korea Market), you will define product strategy and drive execution for experiences serving Korean travelers.
