• Support the development and execution of Commercial Banking business strategies, including portfolio transformation and industry-focused growth initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
• Monitor progress of key strategic initiatives and provide updates to management.
• Identify implementation gaps, risks, and areas requiring intervention to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

• Review and identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve workflow efficiency across Commercial Banking.
• Coordinate with business, operations, risk, and support teams to reduce operational bottlenecks and improve turnaround times.

• AML and Governance Uplift.
• Partner closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), BRCM, AML, Compliance, and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent application of AML standards and governance practices.
• Facilitate effective coordination across teams to ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of AML-related matters.
• Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of governance frameworks, policies, and controls in accordance with regulatory and Group requirements.
• Promote awareness and adherence to AML, risk, and governance expectations through regular engagement with stakeholders.
• Monitor governance-related metrics and key risk indicators, highlighting areas requiring strengthening or corrective actions.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related degree.
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Strategy, Business Management, or related functions.
• Prior experience as a Relationship Manager (RM) in Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, AML requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders, including Front Office, Credit, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Senior Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to drive change initiatives and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
