• Serve as the key strategic contact for assigned e-commerce clients.
• Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable digital marketing plans.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or performance marketing (e-commerce or agency background preferred).
• Strong understanding of online media platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Strong understanding of marketing communication theory and principles.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starting attitude - the ability to work independently and take initiatives.
