• จัดเตรียมการประชุม และสรุปรายงานการประชุมคณะกรรมการ ประชุมสามัญ ประชุมวิสามัญ และประชุมภายในต่าง ๆ ตามช่วงระยะเวลาที่กำหนด รวมถึงติดดามมติที่ประชุมให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์.
