SAP Training Support

Scope of Work

• Coordinate SAP training schedules, meeting invitations, and communications with relevant teams.
• Support day-to-day SAP training operations, including training materials, records, and deliverables.
• Assist with training logistics and arrangements to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide full administrative support during the UAT period, including meeting coordination, schedule management, and communication with the Central Center.
• Support the IT team in monitoring UAT activities, maintaining logs and records, and following up on required actions.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the SAP project team as needed.

Qualifications

• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to support the team.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work well with people across different teams.

• Detail-oriented with good follow-up and organizational skills.

• Comfortable handling administrative and coordination tasks.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines with accuracy.

• Prior experience in SAP, training coordination, project support, or UAT would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Scope of Work

• Survey Management: Manage and coordinate a multi-language employee engagement survey across Thailand, Myanmar, and Indonesia, including communication and participation tracking.

• Response Tracking: Monitor survey responses in real time and provide regular progress updates by country and function.

• Data Analysis & Dashboard: Analyze survey data and develop interactive dashboards with drill-down views by country and function.

• Reporting: Prepare company-wide, country-level, and functional-level reports to highlight key findings and trends.

• Insights & Recommendations: Identify key engagement drivers, strengths, and gaps, and translate findings into practical recommendations and action plans.

• Stakeholder Support: Present key insights to relevant stakeholders and support discussions on engagement improvement priorities.
