• Operate boiler, hot oil and associated utility systems safely and reliably in accordance with operating procedures, approved parameters and legal requirements.
• Perform boiler start-up, shutdown, normal operation, standby operation and emergency response in a controlled and disciplined manner.
• Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water level, burner condition, fuel consumption, combustion condition, feed water quality, hot oil temperature and utility performance.
• Conduct routine field rounds, check sheets, log sheets, first-line inspection and abnormality reporting with accurate records.
• Perform first-line care such as housekeeping, basic cleaning, lubrication support, steam trap observation, leak identification, blowdown support and minor adjustment within authorization.
• Support PM & CM planning by providing equipment condition feedback, maintenance history, operating constraints and required shutdown windows.
• Support PTW execution as area owner / operator interface, including equipment isolation, de-isolation, handover, line walk, job readiness check and PTW electrical verification support where applicable.
• Comply with HSSE rules, process safety requirements, environmental control, Permit to Work system, Lock Out / Tag Out requirements and emergency response procedures.
• Support boiler and hot oil contract holder activities by coordinating service providers, checking job quality, confirming work completion and raising performance or safety concerns.
• Support energy preservation by monitoring energy consumption, steam loss, insulation condition, condensate return, combustion efficiency and opportunities for fuel / electricity saving.
• Support LGAME, Risk & Integrity and asset integrity activities by identifying risks, following inspection requirements and maintaining operating discipline.
• Support critical drawing and as-built control by reporting field changes related to boiler, hot oil, piping, electrical, instrument and pneumatic systems.
• Support TPM, Operator CARE and CI activities to improve equipment ownership, reliability, housekeeping, defect elimination and loss reduction.
• Participate in digital TPM, low-cost automation and plant improvement initiatives where relevant to boiler operation, utilities and maintenance performance.
• Coach and share practical operating knowledge with team members and contractors, supporting a people-centric culture, teamwork and behavior-based process discipline.
• EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS.
• Technical certificate, diploma or bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial or related technical field is preferred.
• Practical experience in boiler, hot oil, utility operation, plant maintenance or production support is preferred.
• Knowledge of boiler safety, steam system, fuel / burner system, water treatment, PTW, LOTO, HSSE and environmental requirements is preferred.
• Able to read and understand operating parameters, basic engineering drawings, check sheets, maintenance records and safety documentation.
• Able to communicate clearly in daily operations, shift handover, contractor coordination and abnormality escalation.
• Experience in TPM, Operator CARE, CI, project support, digital tools or low-cost automation is an advantage.

• Invoice Payment Management.
• Verify and record account payable operations for invoices from suppliers, employees and others thru the legacy system (Invoice Payables Management System (IPMS) and Travelling & Expense Claim) to ensure compliance with contracts, PO/SO and PTTEP's accounting policy.
• Ensure that no double payment and all payment should be paid within the agreed due date.
• Coordinate with budget holder to follow up the long outstanding accrual expense (GRIR) and un-deductible expense which effected to financial statement.
• Accurately verify as well as record VAT/ Withholding Tax by ensure that its comply with tax law (Revenue Code & PITA).
• Manage and coordinate with concerns parties to approve for payment to support efficient and smoot E&P operations.
• Follow up invoices registration every month to be able to pay in line with the cash call from partners (no under/over cash call).
• Support Joint Venture Accountant - identify JV cash call category for invoices outstanding.
• Support and co-ordinate with budget holder/asset owner and supplier if found problem related to invoice proceed for payment.
• Process employee advance, employee expense, advanced clearance, corporate card clearance along with petty cash to comply with company regulation.
• Follow up all outstanding advance (employee dunning), outstanding invoices and summarize report including the outstanding reason for management information.
• Prepare and analyze the document as well as report regarding to VAT and withholding tax before submitting tax invoices and withholding tax certificate to support tax department as agreed time.
• Verify the payment voucher and assure that all VAT and withholding tax are recorded accurately and remitted to the Revenue Department on time.
• Provide information relating to Account Payable and responsible G/L to state auditor JV audit, partner audit, and FS audit.
• Accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of AP account payment transaction in compliance with PTTEP accounting policy & procedure and tax law (no over/under cash call and no overdue invoice).
• Effectiveness and accurate of staff advance and third party invoice process within timely manner as per agreement and contract.

• Be fully conversant with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), permit-to-work systems, mechanical isolations and commissioning safety requirements.
• Have proven experience interpreting discipline documentation including P&IDs, vendor manuals, commissioning procedures and engineering drawings.
• Have a good standard of general computer literacy with knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and project reporting systems.
• Have proven experience monitoring work progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting performance against project plans.
• Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) complemented by your ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural project team.
• What will set you apart will be your previous experience coordinating commissioning and start-up activities for rotating equipment packages on major refinery, petrochemical or oil and gas projects. Experience supporting compressors, turbines and critical rotating equipment during pre-commissioning, commissioning and operational readiness phases will be highly regarded. Previous EPCM project experience in Thailand is advantageous but not essential.
