Position: Loading Master

Work Location: Bangchak Sri Racha Refinery

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate loading and discharging operations between vessels and the marine terminal.
• Ensure all marine and terminal operations are conducted safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with vessel crews, onshore operators, terminal staff, and relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise vessel berthing, mooring, and unberthing operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum High Vocational Certificate or equivalent in a relevant field.

• Higher education in Maritime Studies or related disciplines is highly desirable.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine operations or a related marine field.

• Previous experience as a Ship Officer or in similar marine roles is preferred.

• Proven ability to operate and manage marine terminal equipment.
• Strong knowledge of vessel navigation, berthing, and mooring procedures.

• Experience or knowledge in Tank Farm operations is an advantage.

• Possession of relevant marine operation certifications.

• Tanker operation certification is highly desirable.

• Good communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with a positive, safety-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment and adapt to evolving industry standards and technologies.

• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

• Willingness to respond to emergency situations when required.
• Legally eligible to work in Thailand and comply with all relevant employment regulations.
