• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across all environments (DEV/SIT/UAT/PRD).
• Optimize CI/CD processes, including build, test, deploy, and rollback.
• Implement and operate observability tools for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Ensure system uptime and performance through capacity planning and cost monitoring.
• Operate backups, disaster recovery, and reliability checks for all environments.
• Manage secrets and access control, including IAM and key rotation.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks and incident response processes.
• Address infrastructure and security issues, including patching and vulnerability management.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues using logs, metrics, and SQL queries.
• Handle L2 tickets from triage to resolution and verification.
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or L2 application support for software products.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and Linux/CLI.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including logs, APIs, SQL, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker); Kubernetes experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for incident updates and stakeholder interactions.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and go-live/hypercare windows.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, or ELK/Splunk.
• Knowledge of security/compliance standards such as PDPA, HIPAA, or ISO27001.
• Experience supporting regulated customers with change control and access governance.
