The Role
As a Client Partner, you will be the bridge between PacRim and our clients, building trusted, long-term relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers. Your mission is to understand their priorities, challenges, and aspirations — then design and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment, and who is passionate about making a difference in how organizations lead, perform, and grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and win new corporate clients.
• Build strategic partnerships with C-suite and senior decision-makers in target accounts.
• Uncover client needs and challenges, then propose tailored, high-impact solutions.
• Lead client engagement from initial contact through to deal closure, ensuring seamless handover to delivery teams.
• Represent PacRim at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in corporate sales within consulting, professional services, engineering, or technology, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Sales Style: Consultative, solution-oriented, and skilled in moving opportunities from lead generation to close.
• Skills: Strong business acumen, exceptional communication (Thai & English), and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Mindset: Self-driven, disciplined, proactive, and able to engage confidently with senior executives.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital sales tools.
• Preferred Age Range: 35–40 years old.
