• ลักษณะงานและความรับผิดชอบ
• บริหารจัดการภาพรวมการไลฟ์สด: รับผิดชอบการเริ่มต้นสร้างช่อง (Cold Start), การดำเนินงานประจำวัน และการวางแผนแคมเปญใหญ่สำหรับ TikTok Shop / Shopee วางโครงสร้างสินค้า (สินค้าดึงดูดทราฟฟิก, สินค้าทำกำไร, สินค้าฮิต) และกลยุทธ์การจัดลำดับสินค้า
• การบริหารและพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรีมเมอร์: คัดเลือกสตรีมเมอร์ ออกแบบสคริปต์เทคนิคการพูด และฝึกอบรมจังหวะการขาย ควบคุมและประสานงานทีมหลังบ้าน (Control Room/Moderator) เพื่อกระตุ้นบรรยากาศและรองรับทราฟฟิกที่เข้ามาอย่างรวดเร็ว
