Conduct and lead advanced research in analog, mixed-signal, and RF IC design for RFID applications. Drive innovation through circuit development, prototyping, and patent generation. Collaborate with academic and industry partners while shaping strategic research directions.

What You'll Do

• Lead, initiate, plan, develop and conduct technically complex research projects.

• Explore, design, develop and validate innovative analog, mixed-signal and RF circuits and systems to achieve the state-of-the art performance.

• Initiate, conduct and participate in the development of international patents.

• Identify and conduct research funding activities.

• Participate in strategic research planning, technology, and research road mappings.

• Participate in technical reviews, including specification requirement review, architecture design review, and critical design review.

• Networking and collaborating with external academia and researchers.

Who You Are

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a relevant science or engineering disciplines.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in analog, mixed-signal and RF IC design and silicon prototyping.

• Great track record of executing research projects to successful
