- Customer Experience (CX) & CRM Ecosystem: Map seamless end-to-end customer journeys across digital and agency/bancassurance/branch channels. Drive CRM strategy, customer segmentation, retention initiatives, and high-impact loyalty programs to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC): Spearhead data-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital acquisition strategies while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards.

- Strong familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., OIC / Bank of Thailand guidelines regarding advertising and customer communication).
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-brand architecture, bancassurance/partnership models, or group holding structures.
- Proven track record in high-stakes media relations, executive presence, and crisis communications.
- Fluent in both Thai and English with exceptional board-level presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
