You will be responsible for establishing the foundations of the partnership by developing a joint business plan, driving practice development, ensuring technical depth, and co-promoting partner capabilities to drive delivery quality, the expansion of the partners solution and product portfolio, and business growth. You will develop close relationships with sales and solutions teams, creating go-to-market strategies specific to the partners capabilities, and work with the executives to drive their joint success leveraging Google Cloud s solutions. You will manage and optimize partner performance in accordance with business objectives and be responsible for representing the partner in sales, marketing, and technical initiatives both externally and with internal executive management.

- Develop a go-to-market strategy and joint business plan with partners.
- Implement a sales and technical development strategy, increasing partners technical depth, readiness, and capabilities to ensure delivery quality and drive consumption.
- Help partners grow their Google practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services. Identify opportunities for the partner to scale our joint business leveraging Google s services and solutions.
- Establish partner performance criteria and map partner capabilities and priorities with Google s strategies to achieve strategic business objectives.
- Manage partners business performance, understanding key partner agreements and deployment projects via regular reviews across pipeline, business and identification of cross and upsell potential.

- On top of being an expert in Back End, has understanding of challenges and trade-offs in the entire engineering universe, from Front End/ Mobile to Data 7 analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's or Ph.D. in a technical field.
- Experience with Kubernetes for effective container orchestration and scaling.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and practices relevant to machine learning.
- Experience in programming with Rust, C or other low level language.
- This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand. (Relocation support is provided).
