• ประสานงานและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านสินค้าและบริการในกลุ่ม Home Expert และ Lifestyle Services.
• ดำเนินการขึ้นทะเบียนคู่ค้า (Vendor Onboarding) และประสานงานกับ Supplier และผู้รับเหมารายใหม่.
• จัดทำและบริหารเอกสารสัญญา ข้อตกลงทางธุรกิจ และ MOU ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ติดตามและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตาม Timeline ที่กำหนด.
• สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงปฏิบัติการ และติดตามงานจนแล้วเสร็จ.
• Inventory & SAP Operations.
• ดูแลและควบคุมกระบวนการเบิก-จ่ายสินค้าและสต็อกสินค้าให้ถูกต้อง.
• ดำเนินการและตรวจสอบรายการในระบบ SAP / ERP เช่น PO, GI, IR และรายการที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในระบบ พร้อมวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขรายการ Error ที่เกิดขึ้น.
• จัดทำรายงานด้าน Inventory และ Operational Performance เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของทีมบริหาร.

• สนับสนุนกระบวนการปิดรอบบัญชีประจำเดือน (Month-end Closing).
• จัดทำและสรุปรายงานด้านการเงิน รายงานการเบิก-จ่าย และเอกสารประกอบการออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน.
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชีและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนส่งต่อหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ.
• ติดตาม Timeline สำคัญของงานด้านการเงินให้เป็นไปตาม SLA และกำหนดเวลา.
• Special Projects & Administrative Support.
• สนับสนุนงานพิเศษ (Ad-hoc Projects) และโครงการใหม่ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• ดำเนินการด้านเอกสารทางการเงินกรณีพิเศษ เช่น Credit Note และการยกเลิกแพ็กเกจบริการ.
• ตรวจสอบและติดตามเงินประกันผลงาน (Retention) รวมถึงยอดค้างชำระของ Supplier และผู้รับเหมา.
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปรายการคงค้างและติดตามการปิดประเด็นอย่างต่อเนื่อง.
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ การเงิน บัญชี โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Business Operations, Procurement, Vendor Coordination, Admin หรือ Supply Chain อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ งานบริการหลังการขาย หรือ Home Services จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน SAP หรือ ERP System.
