• Excellent business networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical thinking, initiative, and adaptability.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent command of English (TOEIC score of 650 or above preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AI tools literacy.

• Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and metrics to improve product quality and testing efficiency.
• Establish and maintain standards for API testing, automated testing, and regression coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and QA practices.

• Manage and mentor a team of 13 QA engineers (manual + automation).
• Assign resources, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development planning.
• Test Execution & Automation.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Ensure strong coverage of API testing (REST/GraphQL), automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Playwright, JMeter).
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and translate into test strategies.
• Communicate quality status, risks, and issues effectively to senior management.
• Advocate for quality standards across the organization.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in QA, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/manager role.
• Strong experience in API testing and automation frameworks..
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, JMeter, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured..
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Experience in performance testing, security testing, and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB or similar QA certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
