• Support strategic initiatives ideation and media planning.
• Responsible for sales targets for assigned lead performance campaign.
• Analysis of lead, campaign performance, internal and external marketing programs.
• Tracks online marketing budget and online advertising spend by channel and brand to maximize ROI.
• Plan campaign media and social platform.
• Collaborate with sale & marketing other departments to ensure that all promotional communications are within Brands guidelines.
• Analyze, track and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
• Basic Qualifications.
• Minimum 1-2 year of working experience in biddable media.
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.
• Basic knowledge in advertising funnels and social media management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Clear communication skills and ability to create and manage creative communication campaigns.
• Flexibility in working across marketing functions based on effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Ability to meet deadline, self-management skills, and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness.
• Great communication skills in both Thai and English, organization skills, as well as multitasking and teamwork ability.
• Preferred Qualifications.
• Knowledge of other graphic design programs, ads bidding, Google Analytics, UTM, GTM.
• Creative marketing with real-time marketing content.
• Understanding of Bid Management Tools.

• ประจำโครงการ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มลูกค้าทั้งหมด.
• บริหารจัดการ Campaign และ Promotion ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการตลาด.
• ติดตามและ Update Social Media และ Communication Trend อย่างสม่ำเสมอ.
• จัด Event เพื่อสร้าง Awareness ในช่วงเปิดโครงการใหม่.
• วางแผนและดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมด้านการตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี / โท สาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เกรดเฉลี่ยไม่น้อยกว่า 2.80.
• ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป เคยผ่านงานการตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์มาโดยตรง.
• ทำงาน 6 วัน ทำวันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ หยุด 1 วัน วันธรรมดา.
• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว.
