Digital Marketing Team Lead

with a modern, international mindset to work with us to help us continue to grow the Divyne brand as we expand across Southeast Asia.

To frame the role further; as our new

Digital Marketing Team Lead

you will work closely with the Marketing Team to brainstorm effective strategies to enhance the marketing practices of our brand, and to come up with fresh and interesting concepts that can be used as creative experiments - that will eventually lead to winning ads.

As a digitally-native brand, we are one of the fastest growing beauty brand companies in Thailand that have many years of experience in dealing with paid ads and other marketing practices, so this is a unique opportunity to learn from the best!

Some typical activities might include:

Lead a small team and handle all marketing tasks on a daily basis

Tasks include ads ideation, copywriting, video editing, content sourcing etc.

Brainstorm and strategize best marketing practices for our brands

Execute competitor analysis and use findings to make decisions

Understand our customers and figure out marketing needs

Ideate new creative concepts and make them come to life

What your profile looks like:

Degree in Marketing or any related fields (as long as youre creative!)

2-3 years of related experience

Passionate about creating high quality marketing content

Deeply interested in converting marketing strategies to revenue

Native Thai with excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Experience in using and understanding paid ads would be a huge advantage, but having proven leadership skill is essential

A real desire to learn and grow fast as part of an ambitious and young team
