• Manage and oversee the daily settlement operations for Money Market, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Equity transactions conducted by Treasury, Financial Markets, and Debt Management teams. Responsibilities include supervising securities delivery and payment processes for both trading transactions and entitlement collections such as interest and dividend payments, as well as ensuring accurate and timely deal verification and confirmation with counterparties in compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
• Supervise the Bankers' Acceptance (BE) printing process for issuers, including document preparation, accuracy verification, delivery of documents to issuers and counterparties, and monitoring payment settlements in accordance with the terms and conditions of the paying agent role upon transaction maturity.
• Oversee securities transfer processes for both physical scripts and scripless securities, including proper control and systematic maintenance of all transaction-related documents.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and relevant organizations such as Thai BMA and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) to ensure all transactions are processed accurately, completely, and within the required timeline.
• Verify and reconcile transaction cash flows, while monitoring daily outstanding items to ensure complete, accurate, and timely settlement and delivery.
• Responsible for daily transaction accounting entries and preparation of both internal and external reports, including short-term debenture registration, bond sales reports, บล. 9 reports, AML reports, and MTM Option reports.
