atBetagro PCL- SAP Procedure : ขอ Material code สินค้า Broker, New Products ที่เข้ามาใหม่ใน Drug List : ขอเปิด Vendor ใหม่และแก้ไข,เปลื่ยนแปลงข้อมูลต่างๆ ของต่างประเทศ, ในประเทศ : รวบรวมใบเสนอราคา, ขอปริมาณการสั่งซื้อทั้งปีกับ PS, นำเสนอลงนามตามวงเงินซื้อ, จัดทำเอกสารส่งจัดซื้อเพื่อนำขึ้นระบบสั่งซื้อออนไลน์ 2. เปิด PR สั่งซื้อสินค้า IMPORT ในระบบ SAP ของบริษัท และ ส่งข้อมูลรายละเอียด PR (Plan cost) ให้แผนกจัดซื้อ 3. Inventory Management : ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังสินค้า Trading (Volume Contract, Buffer stock) 4. ประสานงานส่งข้อมูลสินค้า และจำนวนคงเหลือใน stock และวันหมดอายุ ตามที่พนักงานขอมา 5. ส่งรายงาน Back order ให้ทีม MKT, ส่ง Safety Available Date สินค้า Tranding ให้ทีม Supply chain 6. บริหารจัดการ การจองสินค้าและปันสินค้า Sales order Allocation (AHB) 7. ส่งรายการสินค้า Trading Update แจ้งจัดซื้อ BTG ประจำสัปดาห์และตามที่ขอ 8. เปิด PR สั่งซื้อสินค้าที่ถึง Re-order point ในระบบสั่งซื้อออนไลน์ (Ariba) ในสินค้า Local Trading,สั่งซื้อสินค้า Broker ให้ทีมต่างประเทศ (ห้าม Stock, Made to Order) 9. Supplier Coperation & Corespondence : ประสานงานกับ supplier กรณีที่ supplier มีสินค้าไม่ครบ หรือมีการเลื่อนส่งสินค้า, สินค้าชำรุดเสียหาย (Supplier Complaint) และอื่นๆ 10 .ติดต่อประสานงานเกี่ยวกับงานทางด้าน Broker ทั้งกระบวนการ กับหน่วยงานภายใน และภายนอกองค์กร 11. ติดต่อประสานงานกับบัญชี,การเงิน,สินเชื่อ,คลังสินค้าในเรื่อการทำจ่าย-ชำระค่าสินค้าและอื่นๆ
