• สนับสนุน Sales Manager ในการวางแผน บริหาร และผลักดันทีมขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านยอดขายและการเติบโตของธุรกิจ
• บริหารและติดตาม Pipeline งานขาย ตั้งแต่การหาลูกค้าใหม่ การจัดทำใบเสนอราคา การติดตามโครงการ จนถึงการปิดการขาย พร้อมสนับสนุนทีมในการดูแลลูกค้าและสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่
• เข้าพบลูกค้า ร่วมนำเสนอสินค้า เจรจาต่อรอง และดูแลลูกค้ารายสำคัญ เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและเพิ่มโอกาสในการขาย
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขาย ติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน จัดทำรายงาน และนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการขายต่อผู้บริหาร
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมให้คำแนะนำและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมขาย เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้แก่ลูกค้าและบรรลุเป้าหมายขององค์กร.
• อายุ 28-40 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมขายอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• มีทักษะการวางแผน การบริหารทีม และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
• มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและตัดสินใจได้ดี
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมจัดการข้อมูลการขายได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านวัสดุก่อสร้าง ประตู-หน้าต่าง อลูมิเนียม กระจก ธุรกิจโครงการ หรือเครือข่ายผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวกับบ้าน เช่น ร้านผ้าม่าน ร้านกระจกอลูมิเนียม บริษัทรับตกแต่งภายใน มีประสบการณ์ขายสินค้าวัสดุตกแต่งบ้านจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.

• Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
• Actively enrolled university student who is able to commit to working full-time 3-5 days a week for at least 3 months.
