• ให้บริการงานเภสัชกรรม ให้ถูกต้องและเหมาะสม.
• บริหารจัดการร้านยาและทีมงาน ให้สามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities).
• ให้บริการงานเภสัชกรรม ให้คำปรึกษาและจ่ายยากับคนไข้ร้านขายยา ทั้งทางหน้าร้านและผ่านระบบ Tele Pharmacy ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย.
• ตรวจสอบ ดูแล และเพิ่มเติมข้อมูลยาในฐานข้อมูลระบบให้มีความถูกต้อง และ Up to date ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่วางไว้.
• จัดทำรายงานการขาย และรายงานที่จำเป็นสำหรับ Partner และหน่วยงานพันธมิตรต่างๆ รายเดือน.
• ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแล และตรวจสอบบัญชียา ขย. 9 ขย.10 และขย. 11 มาตรฐาน GPP ให้ถูกต้องตามเกณฑ์ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.).
• เป็น Domain expert ที่ช่วยให้ความเห็น คำปรึกษา และแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสินค้า แคมเปญการตลาด ร่วมกับทีมงานฝ่ายอื่นๆ.
• มีส่วนร่วมในการให้คำแนะนำ และข้อคิดในการพัฒนาระบบ Arincare.
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.

• พบปะลูกค้านำเสนอขายสินค้ายา เวชภัณฑ์ และแนะนำสอนการใช้งานระบบ Arincare ให้กับร้านขายยา.
• บริหารจัดการพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อสร้างยอดขายให้พื้นที่เติบโต.
• เข้าพบลูกค้าเพื่อปิดการขาย และสร้าง Relationship ที่ดีกับลูกค้า ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าที่ติดต่อมาทุกช่องทาง.
• รับผิดชอบช่วยในการตอบคำถามหรือประสานงานฝ่ายต่างๆเมื่อมีเคสเข้ามาใน Line official Account.
• ทำงานและประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เมื่อมีงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น งานสัมมนา และWorkshop ต่างๆ.
• โซนกรุงเทพตะวันออก ลาดกระบัง, มีนบุรี, หนองจอก, สะพานสูง, คันนายาว, คลองสามวา.
