• วางแผนงาน กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงาน ของฝ่ายทรัพยากรมนุษย์และธุรการ โรงงานบ้านบึง ในทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ด้านการสรรหาและว่าจ้าง ด้านสวัสดิการและเงินเดือน และด้านงานธุรการโรงงาน.

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์, บริหารธุรกิจ, หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ในงาน HR (สรรหาว่าจ้าง,ค่าจ้างและค่าตอบแทน,ฝึกอบรม) ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี.
• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
