• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between Partners, Relationship Managers (RMs), and other departments within the company.
• Manage communication with insurance companies to prepare quotes and create Placing slip/ Quotation slip in the BOSS system as authorized.
• Complete end-to-end sheet processes when necessary, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Ensure the accuracy of insurance premiums and upload proof of payments as needed.
• Track and follow up on policy renewals to ensure they are completed on time.
• Collaborate closely with partners to identify and resolve any issues or challenges they encounter.
• Follow up on unpaid premiums, escalating unresolved cases to the Relationship Manager when necessary.
• Summarize and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including key metrics and performance insights, for internal review and decision-making.
• Support the sales and relationship management teams with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficiency and smooth operations.

• 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or project management, preferably within the industrial property or real estate sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.

• Supply Planning for Vegetable BU from order to delivery to customer by manage end to end operations as planning part.
• Customer Service for Southeast Asia.

• Support STO (Stock Transfer Order) project.

• Coordinate with Asset Planner to build up stock as per S&OP, Sales Order, or inventory target.

• Ensure supply available by coordinating to QC team to be confirmed quality data following the timeline.

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in Supply Chain or Production Planning.
• 3 years experiences in seeds business or agribusiness would be advantage.

• Strong in Planning skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Effective communication skills, team working.
• Experiences in SAP would be advantage.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good problem solving, decision making by research or database.
• Additional Information Travelling 3 times a year mostly in domestic.
