• ให้ข้อเสนอแนะทางการตลาดเกี่ยวกับงานขาย โปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยวทั้งใน และต่างประเทศ ของบริษัทฯ เพื่อให้สามารถแข่งขันกับตลาดทัวร์ ทั้งในและต่างประเทศได้.
• มีแนวคิดในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยว ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ของบริษัทฯ ได้.
• ดูแลและให้บริการลูกค้าตลอดการขายและติดตามผลหลังการขาย.
• สร้างและดูแลรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าเก่า และผู้ที่อาจจะเป็นลูกค้าในอนาคต.
• สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า เช่น ช่วยระบุปัญหาและค้นหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า.
• ออกเยียมเยือน พบปะลูกค้า (เอเย่น) พร้อมนําเสนอโปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยวใหม่ๆ ที่ทางบริษัทฯ จัดทําขึ้นมา.
• ไม่จํากัดเพศ อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป.
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาดหรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีทักษะด้านการขาย เจรจาต่อรอง และมีใจรักบริการ.
• สามารถทํางานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้.
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถติดตามงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กําหนด.
• ประสบการณ์ทางด้านงานขาย หรืองานด้านการท่องเที่ยวทั้งในและต่างประเทศ 3-5 ปี จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
