• การป้อนข้อมูลทางการเงินลงในโปรแกรมซอฟต์แวร์ เช่น ค่าใช้จ่าย บันทึกรายจ่ายในสำนักงานและดูแลให้ค่าใช้จ่ายให้อยู่ในงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้.
