- บริหารช่องทาง Social Media ของแบรนด์ (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram และ LINE OA).
- คิดคอนเทนต์ ถ่ายภาพ ถ่ายวิดีโอ และเขียนแคปชัน เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และเพิ่มยอดขาย.
- วางแผนและยิงโฆษณา Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads พร้อมติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์.
- วางแผนโปรโมชั่น กิจกรรมทางการตลาด และแคมเปญร่วมกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ.
- ประสานงานกับ Influencer, Blogger และพาร์ทเนอร์ต่าง ๆ.
- ออกแบบหรือประสานงานจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ (POSM).
- ลงพื้นที่สาขาเพื่อสำรวจตลาด วิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง และสนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย.
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการตลาดและนำเสนอผู้บริหาร.
- ติดตามเทรนด์การตลาดและนำเสนอไอเดียใหม่ ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาแบรนด์.
