• ติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และอัปเดตกฎหมายอาหาร ข้อกำหนด และแนวปฏิบัติของประเทศไทยและประเทศปลายทางอย่างสม่ำเสมอ.
• ประเมินผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎหมายต่อผลิตภัณฑ์และธุรกิจ พร้อมเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงาน.
• จัดทำฐานข้อมูลและระบบติดตามข้อกำหนดด้าน Regulatory ของแต่ละประเทศ.
• Government & Authority Liaison.
• ประสานงานกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) หน่วยงานกำกับดูแลในต่างประเทศ ห้องปฏิบัติการ และหน่วยงานรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• เป็นผู้แทนบริษัทในการติดต่อ ชี้แจง และตอบข้อซักถามจากหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลทั้งในและต่างประเทศ.
• สนับสนุนการจัดการประเด็นด้านกฎหมายจากการตรวจประเมิน ข้อร้องเรียน หรือข้อซักถามจากลูกค้าและคู่ค้า.
• Cross-functional Collaboration.
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Product Development, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales และ OEM Manufacturers เพื่อให้โครงการสามารถดำเนินการได้ตามแผน.
• สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาและผลักดันโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Regulatory ให้สำเร็จตามกำหนดเวลา.
• จัดทำ SOP, Guideline และฝึกอบรมด้านกฎหมายอาหารให้กับหน่วยงานภายใน.
• ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร (Food Science), เทคโนโลยีการอาหาร (Food Technology) หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Regulatory Affairs, Food Law, Product Registration หรือ Food Compliance อย่างน้อย 5 ปี.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมายอาหารทั้งประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ.
• มีประสบการณ์ตรวจสอบฉลากอาหาร ข้อมูลโภชนาการ และข้อความกล่าวอ้างทางการตลาด.
• มีประสบการณ์ประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน FDA หรือ Regulatory Authority ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ.
• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม หรือ FMCG จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• ความรู้และทักษะ.
• มีความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายอาหารไทยและข้อกำหนดของประเทศปลายทาง.
