• ร่วมในการเคลียร์ไซส์ วัดพื้นที่ร้านสาขาที่จะทำการออกแบบก่อสร้างและตกแต่งร้าน เพื่อให้ได้แบบออกมาสมบูรณ์ที่สุด (ตามมาตรฐานการออกแบบร้าน) ไม่มีงานเพิ่ม(ลด)ในส่วนที่ควบคุมได้.
• ดำเนินการเคลียร์ไซต์ วัดพื้นที่และร่างโครงสร้าง เพื่อส่งมอบให้กับฝ่ายจัดทำแบบ เพื่อจัดทำแบบชุดใหญ่, ทำการตรวจสอบแบบ จัดทำแผนก่อสร้าง ติดตามงานทุกขั้นตอน และกำกับดูแลก่อสร้าง จนสามารถส่งมอบร้านสาขาได้.

• ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ทั้งทางด้านเทคนิค และการจัดการกับหน่วยงานภายใน และภายนอกเพื่อให้ร้านเปิดได้ตามเป้าหมายและแผนงานก่อสร้างที่กำหนด.
• ดำเนินการตรวจสอบคุณภาพงาน และปริมาณงานก่อสร้างตกแต่งร้านของผู้รับเหมา (Contractor) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน และเวลาที่กำหนดให้ใน KPI.
• ร่วมเป็นกรรมการตรวจรับมอบงาน พร้อมทั้งจัดทำเอกสาร การตรวจรับ-ส่งมอบงานร้านสาขาตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ในคู่มือขั้นตอนและวิธีการตรวจรับมอบงาน รวมทั้งจัดทำเอกสารประเมินคุณภาพงานผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง และผู้ขายอุปกรณ์.
• ดำเนินการประสานงานนัดหมาย ติดตั้งและตรวจสอบ อุปกรณ์การขายจากผู้ขาย (Supplier) ให้สอดคล้องกับกำหนดการเปิดร้าน ตรวจรับมอบงานและส่งมอบร้านคุณภาพให้กับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ.
• ดำเนินการตรวจสอบงานค้ำประกันของผู้รับเหมาต่างๆและงานซ่อมในประกันผลงานของผู้รับเหมาและงานซ่อมเกินประกัน 1 ปี เพื่อไม่ให้กระทบต่อการขายของร้านสาขา.
• ให้คำปรึกษาทั้งทางด้านเทคนิค และด้านการจัดการแก่ทีมงานในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานต่างๆให้เป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในแผนงานก่อสร้างตกแต่งร้านสาขานั้นๆ.
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา, ก่อสร้าง เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.5 ขึ้นไป.
• เพศชาย อายุ 22-30 ปี.
• มีประสบการณ์ ในการควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี.
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องในงานได้ในระดับดี.
• มีความรู้เรื่องความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน, ด้านกฎหมายก่อสร้างความคุมอาคาร ฯลฯ.
• สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้ ดูแลพื้นที่จังหวัดชุมพร และจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี.
