- Lead and manage IT projects covering the design, development, testing, and rollout of new or existing software and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions.
- Oversee the service transition process and evaluate potential risks to ensure smooth application and WMS deployments.
- Manage and support WMS operations to ensure system stability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency aligned with warehouse business processes. Incident & Problem Management.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective Problem Management strategies.
