• Work with Art manager, Snr. Graphic designer and art team to understand Wild Sky Media s brand guidelines and art needs.
• Produce strong concepts and illustrations that are engaging, unique, and reflect the brand aesthetic. Work needs to be eye-catching and help grow our audience..
• Develop a wide range of images ranging from paintings to mixed-media collages to animations to typography-based images.
• Creating content for conversion (advertising, marketing, user acquisition).
• Conduct research for new ideas and concepts that reflect the brand s editorial strategy.
• Mentor & guide creative brief to junior, ability to persuasively communicate art concepts and justify design decisions.
• Planning and tracking tasks, be able to assign tasks to artists.
• Support the Sales department by working with designer to create visuals with clear, organized, and dynamic compositions for brands and agencies.
• Meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward.
• Skills and Experience:
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• 2-6 years of related experience.
• Must submit a portfolio that displays versatile skills: illustration, painting, composition, photo editing, typography.
• Resourceful, quick, and able to collaborate at all levels.
• Must have excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Animation and video editing experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of anatomy is a plus.
• Open-minded, friendly, and positive attitude; must be comfortable working on content for a broad range of modern lifestyle topics.
• Revise illustrations and style based on feedback from Art manager.
• Communicate with global Creative Team and iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders.

• ดูแล ผลิต และวางกลยุทธ์ Content ใน Social Media ของค่ายและศิลปิน RSIAM.
• สร้างให้เกิด Community และยอด Engagement ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สอดคล้องตาม Business Plan ของค่ายที่วางไว้.
• สร้าง social media และ community ของ ค่าย และ ศิลปิน RSIAM ให้เป็นที่รู้จักและสามารถต่อยอดในมุมทางด้านการตลาดได้.
• รายงานอัพเดทข้อมูลความเคลื่อนไหวต่างๆของ Social Media ในแง่มุมทางการตลาด, ข้อมูล Stat ต่างๆ และข้อมูลของวงการ เพื่อให้ทีมสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับงาน เพื่อให้ได้เป้าหมายของค่ายตามที่ได้วางไว้.
• แนะนำและนำเสนอช่องทางและวิธีใหม่ๆในการพัฒนา engagement ของศิลปินในค่าย เเละmonitor ทุกช่องทาง Social Media ของค่าย RSiam.
• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา.
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน Social Media อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี.
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ติดตามเทรนด์ และเข้าใจกระบวนการทำงานของ Social Media.
• มีความชอบและสนใจในวงการเพลง.
• มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน สามารถ mornitor Social Media ทุกแพลตฟอร์มได้ด้วยตัวเอง.
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ดี, และโปรแกรมตัดต่อเบื้องต้น.
• สามารถใช้เครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์ Performance และ สถิติต่างๆเพื่อนำเสนอได้.
