- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in HR.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or similar generalist HR role within a medium to large-sized organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, labour regulations and HR best practices relevant to Thailand and Southeast Asia.
