- Define and execute nationwide dealer sales strategies for Digital Appliances in alignment with overall CE business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all dealer segments.
- Translate business targets into clear sales priorities, execution plans, and KPIs for regional and dealer sales teams.
- Dealer Channel Management & Development Lead and develop strong partnerships with key dealers to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial growth.
- Oversee dealer segmentation, coverage models, and resource allocation to maximize channel effectiveness.
- Drive dealer capability development, including sales execution, product knowledge, and in-store standards.

- Strong understanding of Thailand s dealer landscape, retail operations, and competitive dynamics.
