Sales Manager
atGRE Composites Co., Ltd.1.Actively generate sales by identifying potential clients, presenting products/services, and closing deals to meet or exceed personal sales targets.
2.Provide hands-on support in complex sales situations and join team members in key client meetings as needed.
3.Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
5.Monitor team performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and provide feedback to improve skills and productivity.
6.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, technical support) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
7.Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
8.Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.
10.Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits as a representative of the company.
