• ให้คำแนะนำในการวางแผนและประชาสัมพันธ์ธุรกิจ ผลิตภัณฑ์ / บริการ ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของธนาคารผ่านสื่อมวลชนไปยังลูกค้า ประชาชน ทั้งภายในและนอกประเทศ เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ความเข้าใจ สร้างภาพลักษณ์และทัศคติที่ดีต่อธนาคาร.
• ควบคุมดูแลการติดตามข่าวสารของธนาคารและธนาคารคู่เทียบ และเหตุการณ์ที่มีผลกระทบต่อธุรกิจและภาพลักษณ์ธนาคารทั้งด้านบวกและด้านลบ นำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ให้แนวทางในการจัดทำ Press Clipping และ Press Clipping Online.
• ให้คำปรึกษาและดูแลงานด้านสื่อมวลชนสัมพันธ์เพื่อสร้างความสมพันธ์อันดี และประสานงานการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารของธนาคารให้สื่อมวลชนเพื่อการเผยแพร่.
• ให้คำแนะนำ พร้อมติดตามข่าวสารของธนาคาร และธนาคารคู่เทียบ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานเปรียบเทียบข่าวของธนาคาร และธนาคารคู่เทียบเสนอผู้บริหาร.
• ให้แนวทางในการสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ และกิจกรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ทั้งภายในและภายนอกธนาคาร ที่แสดงออกถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม.
• บริหารจัดการวิกฤตที่มีผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ และ / หรือ วิกฤติจากการเผยแพร่ข่าวเชิงลบของสื่อมวลขน รวมทั้งสร้างมาตรการป้องกัน.
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขานิเทศศาสตร์ วารสารศาสตร์ อักษรศาสตร์ หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานประชาสัมพันธ์ให้กับหน่วยงานหรือองค์กร.
• สามารถวางแผนกลยุทธ์การสื่อสาร และใช้ช่องทางการสื่อสารประเภทต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• มีความสามารถในการเขียน เพื่อการสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์ เช่น ข่าว บทความและข้อความต่างๆ.
• สามารถทำงานและเข้าใจความต้องการของสื่อมวลชน.
• มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ เป็นอย่างดี.
