About the role:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will drive business growth by generating qualified leads, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, websites, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Organize webinars, workshops, seminars, and customer events.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and product teams to enhance lead conversion.
• Create and manage marketing content, customer success stories, and campaign materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing ROI.
• Utilize AI and marketing technology tools to improve productivity and effectiveness.
• Support partner marketing initiatives with Microsoft and other technology vendors.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Demand Generation.
• Proven ability to generate leads and support business growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics.
• Experience managing webinars, events, or customer engagement programs.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with sales teams and revenue-focused objectives.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
