• Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement within the company.
• Improve company's workplace and culture for more employees' connection and dedication to company's goals and values.
• Work with employees at all levels of the company and vendors in project management.
• Job Description Plan, implement and manage employee engagement programs and initiatives that align with our company's values and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies that enhance employee moral, motivation and overall satisfaction.
• Organize and oversee events, workshops, and activities designed to promote team building, communication, and a sense of community.
• Collect, analyze and apply data to create insights that inform aspects of the Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendors and planning for events with supporting key performance indicators and measurements.
• Qualification Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Social Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in employee engagement, organizational development or a related role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
• Creative thinker with the ability to design and execute engaging activities and events.
• Proficiency in using employee engagement tools and platforms.
• Project management skills (plan and execute projects with multiple work streams and dependencies) and the ability to manage tasks involving multiple businesses to meet deadlines.
• Ability to be MC at the event and activity.
