The Regional Protective Services team is a core part of GP&S with members based out of various regions of the world.

Job Summary:

Join Accenture's dynamic Global Protection and Security (GP&S) team as the Employee Assistance Officer Manager (APAC). This position is GP&S’s primary responder for various incidents/emergencies involving individual employees throughout the APAC region. These incidents include but are not limited to medical situations, missing people, workplace violence, traveler security issues, etc. They will be the liaison between GP&S Operation Center (GP&S SOC) and the various key stakeholders in these matters, such as Employee Relations, Human Resources, Workplace, Legal, IT, Travel, etc. As an experienced professional in responding to and handling various personnel crises, they will provide strategic guidance and ensure the proper support teams are informed and engaged in responding to and supporting our employees during emergency situations. By utilizing their expertise to provide strategic guidance, assessing potential risks, and partner with our wider Accenture support team, they will play a key role in assuring the safety of Accenture’s people.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee emergency cases across APAC, coordinating directly with the GP&S SOC.
• Manage escalations from Employee Relations, HR, Workplace, and other internal partners.
• Lead crisis readiness initiatives, including training and Behavioral Threat Assessment Team (BTAT) operations.
• Build strong partnerships with ER, Legal, HR, Workplace, IT, and Travel to ensure effective crisis response.
• Maintain accurate incident reporting and identify trends requiring additional support or resources.
• Work closely with Regional Protective Services Managers to support employee-related crises and related security implications.
• Ensure all actions align with Accenture policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security/Safety Management, Risk or Crisis Management, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of crisis/emergency response experience, including 5+ years in behavioral threat assessment.
• 3+ years working with corporate support functions (HR, ER, Legal, Workplace).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
