• Plan and execute marketing events, with a special emphasis on branch opening events and financial events.
• Ensure events run smoothly by overseeing setup, managing schedules, sales and troubleshooting any issues.
• Branch Media and Document Support:
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Organize and manage digital and physical marketing assets, ensuring easy access for the team.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Team Support:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate effective communication and project management.
• Provide general support to ensure the team's operational efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance.
• Track and control risk of marketing communication and activitie.
• Bachelor degree or higher in marketing, mass communication or other relevant.
• 1-3 years working experience in marketing communication, event or related fields.
• Event & Activation planning and implementation.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and finish all jobs within the timeline.
• Leverages regulatory, political and business contacts to shape/influence the business and regulatory environment in key markets/industries.
• Ability to work under work pressure and heavy work load.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Strong communication skill.
• Good command in written and spoken English
